Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 48 Hours if:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and uncut
- It is in its original condition and packaging
- A valid order number or receipt is provided
Return approval will be based on product condition after inspection.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and product-cutting processes, the following items cannot be returned unless defective at delivery:
- Fabrics that have been cut to your requested length
- Customized or pre-order items
- Discount or clearance items
- Opened sewing tools & accessories
Damaged / Wrong Items Received
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Notify us within 48 hours
- Provide order number + photos of the issue
- We will replace, exchange, or fully refund the affected item
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before:
- Fabric cutting begins
- Packaging and dispatch are initiated
Once processing starts → Cancellation not allowed
Refund Methods
Approved refunds are processed via:
- Mobile Money
- Bank transfer
- Same method as original payment (where possible)
⏱ Processing time: 3 – 7 business days
Return Delivery
- Return shipping cost is paid by the customer
- Unless the item is faulty → then Bremart Fabrics covers the cost

Color Variation
Actual product colors may vary slightly due to:
- Lighting during photography
- Screen display settings (brightness, contrast)
Measurement Tolerance
Fabric lengths may have a ± 1–3 cm variation due to cutting processes.
Customers are encouraged to order extra allowance for precision projects.
