Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 48 Hours if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and uncut
  • It is in its original condition and packaging
  • A valid order number or receipt is provided

Return approval will be based on product condition after inspection.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and product-cutting processes, the following items cannot be returned unless defective at delivery:

  • Fabrics that have been cut to your requested length
  • Customized or pre-order items
  • Discount or clearance items
  • Opened sewing tools & accessories

Damaged / Wrong Items Received

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours
  2. Provide order number + photos of the issue
  3. We will replace, exchange, or fully refund the affected item

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before:

  • Fabric cutting begins
  • Packaging and dispatch are initiated

Once processing starts → Cancellation not allowed


Refund Methods

Approved refunds are processed via:

  • Mobile Money
  • Bank transfer
  • Same method as original payment (where possible)

⏱ Processing time: 3 – 7 business days


Return Delivery

  • Return shipping cost is paid by the customer
  • Unless the item is faulty → then Bremart Fabrics covers the cost

Product Disclaimer

Color Variation

Actual product colors may vary slightly due to:

  • Lighting during photography
  • Screen display settings (brightness, contrast)

Measurement Tolerance

Fabric lengths may have a ± 1–3 cm variation due to cutting processes.

Customers are encouraged to order extra allowance for precision projects.
